Ilanit Appelfeld has been protecting data and intellectual property for over two decades. She received her Master in intellectual property from King’s college London, where she lived and worked for 7 years.

She works with some of the leading companies in protecting their data and intellectual property and represented buyers when investing into technological companies.

She currently lives in Givatayim with her husband two kids and their dog, practicing yoga and meditation on a daily basis in order to keep sane.

Miriam Green – Finding Joy In Alzheimer’s

Miriam Green is the author of The Lost Kitchen: Reflections and Recipes from an Alzheimer’s Caregiver which will be published by Black Opal Books in 2019. She writes a weekly blog that is posted on her website featuring anecdotes about her mother’s Alzheimer’s and related recipes. Her blog has also appeared on the Alzheimer’s Association website. Her poetry has been published in several journals, including Poet Lore, The Prose Poem Project, Ilanot Review, The Barefoot Review, Red Wolf Press, and Poetica Magazine.
